Summit Lake Game Farm 2012 Sporting Clays League Rules and Info.

General Information:
Starting June, 4th and running 12 weeks. 600 targets, 12 rounds of 50 targets.
2 shooters per team.

Fees:
Teams sponsor fee $50. Cost per 50 targets $17.

Shooting Times:
Scheduled league shooting, Mondays 12:00pm until dusk. Makeup shoots can be scheduled by appointment.
You may shoot 3 weeks in advance.
If a holiday falls on a Monday, shooters will be expected to schedule to shot sometime during take week.

Schedule Shooting Game:
Five Stand Sporting Clays will be shot every 2 weeks with a round of Sporting Clays in-between.

Scoring:
Each target must be marked with an X or 0, hit & loss. It will be up to the trapper and/or teammate to call it out and verify hit or loss. A hit is a visible chip verified by one other shooter in your group. Once the shooting is concluded, your team must count and record the total score before handing it in to the management. Scores cannot be changed after this point. If you miss a league round, you will be given a zero. Only league shooters completing all 12 rounds of league will qualify for league Prizes.

Handicaps:
The handicap formula will be as follows:
Scratch is 44, and the maximum you can receive with handicap is 44.
Example: Score for the week is a 39.
44 - 39 = 5 x .70% = 3.5 Add 39 + 3.5 = 42.5
It will change as each consecutive round is scored using the running total average.

Sportsmanship and Shooters Ethics:
Summit Lake game Farm rules apply within the realm of good sportsmanship. UNsportsman like conduct will not be tolerated and may result in a suspension. All Alcoholic beverages are prohibited before, during and in between shooting. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the shooting courses even if you are not shooting. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
