Seasonal Sites
Season $3,150
May 15th – October 15th (includes electric, water and sewer charges). 20% deposit is due at the time signing the agreement and the remaining balance is due at check-in. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% service fee. We will make every effort to reserve the site number you request but we cannot guarantee them.
